« My wife and I, and our Rough Coated Collie, completely enjoyed this great house! The house is well equipped, clean, comfortable, and secluded and met our needs very well. The large fenced backyard was a great feature for our Collie to play in. This was our third visit to this house and are looking forward to another stay. « We had a high school girls Bible retreat. Loved the porches, firepit and windows overlooking the lake! Everything worked and was as advertised. Loved the separate area downstairs and the ice maker! There are steep steps down to the lake so not good for physically challenged people but nice dock and kayak. Would highly recommend!phphysically challenged individuals. »

« Kirk’s place was exactly what we wanted. He was very responsive, had an issue with water and he fixed it right away. Everything was wonderful. The only drawback was very little water pressure. The hot tub was nice and hot and the cabin was very well stocked! We will be back! »

« I have stayed at this property many times over the years. It never disappoints me with the solitude and peace. The owner’s attention to detail in their home is very apparent. « Picture perfect home next to a mountain brook. The home is well appointed and maintained. We had very pleasant evenings in the nicely landscaped yard with a fire pit and room for the kids to play. The location is really, really nice. While the home is quiet and remote it is also centrally located when it comes to the area attractions (lakes, parks, etc). In addition to the hiking, we spent time on Lake Jocassee, went horseback riding and zip lining. The Twin Falls waterfall is a 15 minute walk...
