Flat was spacious and clean, having everything you would need for a short break. Only grumble was strict check-in/out policy, not being able to access entry until 4pm, and early check-out by 10am. »

« I think the place is great. It just neds a few slight updates. Privacy window/curtains in living room, moss to be cleaned in garden and mould and mildew in bathroom. I know I being rather picky, but it such a great place those things just let it down. I would definitely stay again »

« I was staying for 3 weeks , when I arrived I had to contact the people to get the access code as they did not send it as I had an overseas contact number . If I had arrived after dark you would never find the key box as there is no lighting in the area where access is. « Fabulous property which is great for dogs and kids due to the location and park nearby. Andy left us out a ball, dog bags, prosecco, bread and plenty of toiletries which was a great litte touch. The bed was the best ive ever slept on, the bedding superb, plenty of towels and this place is a definite 10 out of 10 if you have children and/or pets. « We took the dog for 3 nights and absolutely loved the apartment. Ground floor so not too tricky to keep taking the dog out for business too. Super location 5 mins to the beach down plenty of steps and there are loads of dog friendly cafes/bars etc within a really short walking distance. The information sent through have so much good information about beaches/food/bars to go to with loads of cool dog friendly places too all over the coast which were super helpful. « The apartment is in a great location - really close to the beach. However there is a pub at the end of the road which meant it was quite noisy at night. Good size rooms/layout, the bathroom and kitchen are in good condition. In the kitchen it would be useful to have a proper draining board for washing up and a few more bowls/glasses/mugs. « My and my husband along with our pooch poppy had a lovely weekend away for our first wedding anniversary. Beach is a 5 min walk away and was lovely to walk along each day. We walked to Redcar along the sea front one day which was 4.5miles and a lovely day to do it. Accommodation was fab and a lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend! »

« 1. Getting difficult to.find the exact location of property, its helpful if mentioned the building name. 2.Whole night struggled to run the heating but didnt work survived without heating. 3. Wifi id provided not available in the premises. »

« Absolutely brilliant cottage. All new fixtures and fittings with everything you could need for your stay. The drains smell came and went- not sure where it came from and it didn’t really bother us. Location fantastic for walks along the coast and short drive to other coastal towns. Would recommend »
