"The tv did not work (turned on and there was volume but no picture) and the refrigerator was off when we arrived. The room temperature was decent but anytime we walked out to our car we had to pass a smoking area, which was disgusting. "

"This is a small HI Express with a small gym and no pool. The rooms were also small but well equipped and immaculate. We were in a 2 queen bed room and there was only room for the beds, a desk chair and a hassock for seating. Plenty of big fluffy hand and bath towels and wash cloths in the bath but, again, small. Breakfast was excellent. All the employees we encountered were helpful and very polite. We paid with Expedia Reward bucks but it was almost double the hotels best rate so be careful booking."

"I booked non smoke room but i was put to near the room with people who's smoking. I could smell the smoke through my vent. It wasn't very professional, the manager check me in through phone call."

"The woman at the desk (Karin) was terrific. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. The facility was spotless and very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"I love staying here. The room is always clean and tidy, they check on you everyday or every other day and see if you need clean towels or toilet paper and they will take your dirty towels also. It is wonderful. I wish there was an easier way to reset the cards whenever you pay for another night but other than that, this place is always my go to. All of the workers are friendly. The desk clerks, the cleaners, and everyone I run into. It makes it pleasant when everyone is nice. They seem to all remember my name! 😊"
