Summary:
Have this roomy home all to yourself! Located minutes from downtown Clayton and Johnston Memorial Hospital. The perfect place to stay when traveling with family or a large group. We are pet friendly and have a spacious backyard!

The Space:
Three bedroom home with queen beds in two of the rooms and the other being a "game room" bedroom equipped with twin bunkbeds and even an xbox 360, perfect for kids! We have additional sleeping space with a pull out couch. This home welcomes dogs with a two dog max and a pet fee of $100.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of one cleaners closet which will remain locked.

Interaction with Guests:
The host will be available through message, text or call. We will give you your space during your stay but are available if needed.

Fine for the price but some issues
We were in town for a few days. It was fine what we were there for. It was overall clean. It is pet friendly but the old carpet in there has a strong dog/pet smell. It has been updated some but that carpet stinks. My main concern was that out of 3 bedrooms ..2 of the bedrooms..the windows don’t lock.

Very accommodating
Traveled with family and an infant and this house was just right with 3 bedrooms. Everyone had the perfect amount of space and it was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again if the need arises. Nice neighborhood and close to amenities.

Not worth the money
This was a lot of money for a shady neighborhood. Most of the doors did not close. The shower had a lot of mildew/ mold. You could see that some up dates had been done and money was spent on some decor but it needed a deep cleaning of walls, baseboards and furniture. It also did not have washer and dryer. I've stayed in much better for less money.

We needed a place to stay in Clayton while we were visiting family for the holiday. The location was nice and close to our family’s home for the day of festivities, but also grocery and convenience for forgotten items. Molly was a great host!

Loved my stay in this home. Molly was great with communicating. My toddler and I were in town for a family reunion. This house was the perfect size for us and our 4 cousins. The adults in the home discussed how it brought back wonderful childhood memories of staying at our Grandmother's house in the summer as kids. The house was located minutes away from all the weekend events. Will definitely stay here again.

Ideal for our family
Came to town for a wedding, this little house was perfect for my family. TVs in the bedrooms and the kids each had their own private space. House was clean and well stocked, we really appreciated the coffee! Plenty of TP but bring your own tissues. Very comfortable living room furniture, was great to kick back and relax with some Netflix. We were very pleased!

Quaint and quiet
Cute small house, perfect for our 3 day stay between closings of our houses. Floor was very dirty, left your feet/socks dirty to walk on. Tub could have been cleaned better (the door tracks were moldy). Molly was great at communicating with us!
