"Tracy, the host, was so sweet and helpful! There was a water issue, and she called, letting me know the room we had chosen was not available but that she would move us to a comparable one. Chandra was there to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed. The Big Muddy Inn is beautiful, welcoming, and comfortable. I won't stay anywhere else in Natchez! "
