« Great place, often stay there »

« Hotel ancien style 1900, la chambre est très petite, le restaurant convenable »

« Very clean with welcoming staff. Breakfast had an excellent choice and cooked meal was outstanding. We also had an evening. Meal with friends and this was also excellent with a good choice of food. Our room had everything one could need. »

« Magnifique séjour, chambre grandiose, luxueuse, accueil au niveau d’un palace. Mention super pour le petit déjeuner et la serveuse très agréable le matin ! Merci et bravo !!! »

« The leisure center is really good »

« Une maison en pleine nature avec un immense jardin très bien entretenu, très accueillante comme ces propriétaires, une chambre plus que confortable, réveil avec le champ des oiseaux, et un breakfast délicieux à composer soi même ! Bref une très bonne adresse ! Merci encore ! »

« We stayed for just one night, staff very helpful in arrival. Room 12, quite compact but just about big enough, on suite was also compact but useful, clothes shelving was very dusty and marked a dark blue top and the mattress was well past its sell by date, could feel straight through it so no good for bad backs or metal hips! Kettle was a plus after a long journey and it was very quiet throughout the night, we would stay again but a better room. »

« Room and private bathroom was very clean, had a lovely hot shower, staff was polite and helpful, parking was not a problem at all »

« Lack of staff you have to phone a number to talk to someone and there was no breakfast like it said bed and breakfast otherwise it was ok it had a nice shower »

« We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend! »

« I would rate this as at the very best 2 star »

« Great value, great location, friendly team, very helpful, this is my second stay here and I will definitely return. »

« We stayed for 3 weeks and didn't want to leave. Situated in calm and peaceful countryside, great for walking, and hedgehogs visiting us on a night. It even has its own lake if you fancy going fishing. No worries about rushing back early on a night to find a parking place, your vehicle is safe and secure. Everything is provided to make your stay comfortable and relaxing - all you need bring is your toothbrush. We'll be back soon. »

« It's in a good location, poor hygiene levels, bed bugs, cold in Autumn/winter, damp in bathrooms/not very well ventilated, the hotel needs pest control and a spruce up with new carpets, beds & mattresses, need proper cleaners, the shower step is too high especially for disabled people. »

« From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the owner was very polite, helpful and welcoming and tentative. This is the 1st time we have stayed in this establishment and I will wholeheartedly recommend Northdale to everyone. The price is reasonable, the breakfast you receive is more than adequate. Fantastic location to the beach and town. No problems with parking. I would definitely recommend the deluxe suite as its the largest room in the whole hotel. There is a separate living room area...
