Absolutely stunning gem of a hotel ! Great location , fantastic restaurant and outdoor pool was lovely . Staff were all brilliant and so friendly and welcoming- really pleased I picked this hotel as a solo traveller as it felt so safe also

Leonardo Hotel Galway
This was an easy check in and check out process. The staff had amazing recommendations for things to do in Galway and restaurants. Right of Quay and not a far walk from the bus/train station. Highly recommend

The Snug Townhouse
It was exactly what I was looking for, right in the heart of the town and close to everything. Even though the city was lively, my room was very quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful with my requests.

Main issue was that the hotel charges residents for parking. This is just unacceptable. They offer a reduced parking rate for guests but just not good enough. Should be included with room.
