Gorgeous hotel in spacious, well maintained grounds. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable.

The hotel itself was nice staff friendly I will definitely go there again , but didnt like my room as no windows to look out of but I will check that next time

The fridge in the kitchen was dirty and smelly, the cooker hood was greasy and the oven was not clean. The floor in the living room was dirty. The bathrooms were clean but one shower was broken. The bedding and towels were clean but I removed the pillowcases before we left and the pillows were extremely dirty. The windows were really dirty both inside and outside. The apartment was in a very good location close to the city centre and Albert Dock.
