Wonderful relaxing open plan living area with lovely lake views. With 4 x double bedrooms its ideal for families or groups of friends. Downstairs, 1 x 4' 6" double ensuite bedroom with door to patio. Upstairs, 1 x 5' double ensuite bedroom with private lakeside balcony, 1 x 4' 6" and 1 x 4' doubles sharing the family bathroom. Pets are welcome. We had an amazing 3 days at the Waters Edge Cotswold Park. The house was very clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic and within walking distance of paddle boarding, kayaking. Property was immaculate, hot tub ready to go complete with dressing gowns in each room! We stayed for NYE and had a lovely time, superb location, lovely views and lots of nature to explore nearby. When we visited the swimming pool complex nearby was shut for renovation for 6 months, which was a shame as we'd hoped for some swimming to tire out the kids, however there are plenty of things to do nearby. ##### Lucy C.
