Great hotel

Great secure location. Friendly staff. Near to local town centre for food and drink. There were clothes shops but we didn't use these

Very odd place. Inside an industrial complex.

Completely unmanned at the weekend. Clean and functional but absolutely nothing else positive. Weirdest hotel ever.

Spent 2 nights and found the hotel handy for a walk into Cirencester plus a short trip to the Cotswold water park. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was very good. The whole hotel has been recently refurbished and had an air of newness about it.

Clean good value hotel.

Super room for money, excellent breakfast with very helpful and pleasant staff. Hotel somewhat difficult to find as it is in the Mitsubishi warehouse park and training centre complex. Our room was overlooking the warehouse and was quite noisy with lorries arriving and unloading. Some of the delegates on the training course were very noisy outside until early morning. If we stayed there again would definitely request a room on the front.

Hostel

This hotel is only up and running Monday to Thursday. We arrived Friday night and everything at the hotel was close. We thought there would be a bar and restaurant but they were all closed. Even the reception was closed. We never saw one member of staff. We collect the key from the security guard. Breakfast was from 8.30 and we had to start work at 8 am. It was like being in a hostel but with a hotel price!

Room was generally clean. However, the bathroom bin had not been emptied from the previous occupier, no hot water was available in the bathroom sink and the bed linen had sticky marks similar to residue from sticky labels. Neither the room or bathroom bin was emptied during the two nights we stayed. Also, the checkout time is 9:30am when the information from Hotels.com states it was later.

We were satisfied!

My wife and I stayed for three nights. During the weekend it was quiet and relaxing. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was refurbished during the last weeks in December and January 2016, so everything seemed to be new or was new. The smell from the painting in the corridors was OK. In the week it is quite busy because employees from other firms (Mitsubishi) are in the restaurant too.

Hotellrenovering pågår

Hotellet var i behov av upprustning som även pågick utan störning. Matsalen var inte tilltalande. Svårt att hitta hotellet som låg 15-20 minuters gång från centrum. Säker parkering med 24 timmars vakt. Frukosten var riklig. Väldigt vänligt bemötande.

Don't stay here

Needs a refit and new everything beds, shower.... The list is endless. If you ask a member of staff anything, it is a big issue and as if you are really putting them out. The hotels priority is the truck drivers and mitsubushi staff. Felt like I stayed in a service station!

Hotel in a Cirencester Goods Yard

The strangest hotel I've ever stayed at! It's actually in a Mitsubishi Motors depot, with access via their gate security. No bar or restaurant service at weekends. Nearest pub does not serve food, and only takeaways available within 1 mile. A lot of heavy goods traffic until very late. Even the reception is closed over weekend, and, arriving on Friday, I had to settle the account on arrival. and leave my room key with Mitsubishi Gate security on checkout. Next time, I'll use a B&B.

The hotel could do with a bit of a make over, and re painting, but it was clean and comfortable and met our needs for a base to attend a wedding locally.

조식이 훌륭한 숙소

코츠월드에 가신다면 이 숙소를 추천합니다. 위치도 좋아요. 걸어서 다운타운 접근 가능하고 주차도 되고 와이파이도 괜찮고. 무엇보다 조식이 훌륭해요. 어느 하나 마음에 들지 않은 게 없었습니다.

Two Star not Four star but value for money

As with other reviewers, it depends what day of the week you stay. Ours was a Saturday and so there were no staff on duty. The rooms are very tired and in need of some TLC. The walls are thin so noise travels. On the Sunday morning we met the staff and they were great and nothing too much trouble. Overall, a good budget hotel but far from 4 star. If you get a good rate its worth it.

Cheap and cheerful

The location was a little bit odd but it was not far to walk into the main high street. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the rooms could do with updating and the shower was not the best. The staff were incredibly helpful and breakfast was great. For the price, it was a good hotel and I would stay here again/recommend to others who need to stop in Cirencester.

Budget Conference/Seminar centre NOT for Tourists

AN UNUSUAL EXPERIENCE. Hotel entrance is via Mitsubishi supply distribution centre parking, reached by showing reservation to entry gate security Guard! Reception is open 09-17hours. Accomodation = converted terraced houses. Rooms accessed by narrow staircase, no lift. Small bedrooms with sturdy ?'50s furniture. Clean. Little traffic noise Good mattress. Varied breakfast. Meals in enormous self-service canteen shared with Mitsubishi drivers/staff . Maybe good for seminars? Town centre 15 minutes brisk walk.

Short Stay

Very pleasant and helpful staff Good breakfast but a shame bar not open Thursday/Friday/Saturday - we are not drinkers but it would have been nice to have enjoyed a quiet drink in the evening Air Con would be a great enhancement Hotel close to Main Road, therefore rather noisy, especially lorries unloading Very good parking facilities - 10min walk to town centre

Riverside House

The Riverside House is well located, close to the city center. The only problem could have been the proximity of a quite noisy road. But the room was finally quiet. Special mention to the breakfast chef, a very nice folk. A place to recommend if you want to spend a nice week end in Cirencester.

Riverside hotel

Although there was no problem with the room the hotel itself was very dissappointing. Upon arrival we found that there was no bar or restaurant facilities for the duration of our stay. These facilities are only available Monday to Thursday and we arrived on Friday!!!!! We had to walk 1.5 miles to find the nearest pub serving food. Not what we anticipated upon booking this hotel as in was not mentioned on the website. We did not bother staying for the second night and could not voice our complaints as there were no staff on duty to listen anyway.

Riverside House. quality Hotel at reasonable rate

this is a mordern hotel, with comfortable & excellent quality furnished rooms. we had breakfast, which also seemed fresh and of good quality. the staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is excellent. the only downside is that it is built in not so good suroundings, being in a residential street. But that reflects in the reasonable price of the rooms. If I was in the area I would stay there again. No Problem !

Overall this hotel was very good, a little noise from the nearby main road, but not too bad. Breakfast was good and the chef was very friendly and helpful.
