Jacuzzi just not exist, manager play the game like he not understand what I want from him, he call regular bath, jacuzzi. In the reservation was clear written that the room with jacuzzi

Stay Away

So promising based on price and photos, yet a nightmare upon arrival. Arrived with my 6 year old son, and upon checking in, asked to use the free airport shuttle as appears in the property description. The owner initially laughed and denied the service was 'free', yet his laughter soon changed to anger and screaming when I showed him the booking confirmation which clearly mentioned such a service. He soon completely lost it, even screaming that I should be thankful that he was allowing my son to stay there, as "this is not a place for kids" (I wonder why?). Needless to say my booking specifically mentioned I was coming with a 6 year old. The last straw was when I mentioned to the owner we would have to check out at 3am due to a flight. He became even angrier than before, and said we would have to pay an extra of 15 Euros for that... 15 Euros extra was over 50% of what we paid for the room... I confronted him about that and all the rest, and in the end he demanded my son and I leave the property. Misunderstandings regarding terms and conditions are acceptable. Screaming, disregarding and kicking a paying customer out are NOT. I would not try my luck there again.

Amazing

Amazing place. Great service, great hosts and great food. Locate on the skirts of Craiova in a new neighborhood. Small but suitable and very clean pool. Beautiful garden. Lot of places to sit and lay around the pool. Room was spot on. Big, clean and nice decorated. Good in-room air condition. We went to visit the city but prefer to return to the hotel after 1 hour. Thank you Leo and Roberto. We'll defiantly come back.

Cute bungalow

Nice hotel with cute bungalows.I have stayed only one night ,I would say that the place is very clean and comfy, a bit out of the way and not very easy to find.

Sewer smelling room

The hotel staff refused to honor our Orbitz reservation. Claimed we were not on file! Complained that the double room we booked was not available but that he would give us a better room. He was upset that he was giving us a €70 worth room for half price as quoted by Orbitz and made us feel we got an amazing deal. The room was extremely small an we could barely have room to walk around. Heavy sewer smell from bathroom spread everywhere which the hotel tried to mask with some heavily sprayed cologne. No room for luggage bags in the room. No ironing table or iron. Shoes Bathroom very smelly like sewer issues. Shower not working took 2 days to fix No daily housekeeping. No light blocking blinds just light shades and curtains which allowed daylight to wake us up. Staff not eager to fix things AC not working. Broken items No food or drinks allowed in room to avoid getting carpet and bedsheets dirty.
