Private: large, well-kept terraced garden, 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Outdoor shower. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises, single garage at the house. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Imperia" 7 km, sandy beach "Santo Stefano al Mare" 2.4 km pebble beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 7 km.
