Hotel Sveti Kriz

10/10 Excellent

"We were travelling as a family of four from the UK. There was enough space to park the car when we arrived, the room was nice and clean with a fantastic view of the sea, also it had a balcony with a couple of chairs, the staff couldn't help you enough. The included breakfast was a continental with all sorts of pastries even fried eggs and sausages. Couple of restaurants nearby or if you fancied it there was a small supermarket below the hotel which was very well stocked for a snacky snack. Would visit again I'm sure"

"Excellent place to stay! We highly recommend for anyone to stay here. Spotless rooms, hallways, and lobby. Staff were helpful and friendly. There is a terrace that guests can use which provides an open, shaded, and quiet outside area. A big bonus is that parking is available on request for a small extra fee, but trust us, having that close guaranteed spot was amazing if you have a car! With regards to location, Trogir is a quick walk away, and the beaches along Čiovo are lovely. There are many restaurants and a small grocery store just down the street. Split is a reasonably short drive away as are many other scenic adventures. Overall, 10/10!"

"This was our second time at Hotel Sikaa. We love how close it is to walk into old town Trogir, breakfast is excellent and the staff is great. Keep in mind no elevator but there was someone who offered to help w/baggage. We had arranged for someone to pick us up from the airport & he was there when we arrived, greeting us cheerfully even though our plan was over an hour late. His vehicle was clean and cool! & It’s fun to be able to see all the yachts parked across the water in Trogir!"

"Our stay was nothing short of spectacular!! When we arrived we were greeted with champagne and they had upgraded us to a suite for our bachelorette trip! Incredible! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the pool and beach were excellent, the beds were comfortable and the location is an easy walk to the old town. Couldn’t have been better!"

Villa Knez, an oasis of peace 120 m from the sea

"Such a unique and amazing holiday experience - we had never been to Croatia before - we fell in love with its beauty, its food, people and their hospitality. Tips: Hire the smallest car you need for the coastal roads and access. There are a lot of hills & steps in Croatia, so you need good level of fitness/mobility. THE VILLA - set on a hillside with access by car. There are 5/6 other apartments, with Ivica (the owner) living there too. We had the top apartment that comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 double bedrooms with 2 en-suites, a family bathroom, large lounge area and two balconies overlooking Okrug Gornji and the sea on one side and the forrest hillside on the other. Access is via 2 sets of steps from the main carpark or you can take your car up a steep road to park in front of the apartment. The swimming pool is perfect approx 8x4m - sunbeds & towels provided. With AIRCON, WiFi and a smart TV, all the rooms are a good size, very clean, plenty of storage space, clean bedding and towels provided. The LOCATION - Okrug Gornji 5 miles from Split airport and 3 miles from Trogir. The island is stunning - so much to see on land and sea. IVICA - what a superb host, nothing was too much trouble. During our two weeks we had 4 lots of family and friends join us, He & his family welcomed us all like long-lost friends, inviting us for drinks and a traditional meal of grilled fish and meat which Ivica cooked - definitely two Michelin Stars! An amazing experience - we loved it."

"The villa and the apartments were nice. The apartments were clean, nice outdoor area and pool, easy access to the sea and beach. Perfect for families with kids traveling on holidays together. Easy accommodation, as the villa is nearby the airport. Food markets, beach bars and restaurants are also in walking distance."

"Amazing location! Steps from a family friendly beach and caffes with a convenience store around the corner. The pool was clean as was the property. We stayed in the Imotski room and it was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed for a vacation. Definitely would stay there again😊"
