The home has a game room, swimming pool, reading areas and you can also cook outdoors. The only suggestion for improvement relates to the bathrooms. These are extremely small and the showers are tiny."

"Fantastic grand old property, in an amazing location on the Duoro River, brought to life by the very friendly staff. A private wine tasting was organised for us and was a very enjoyable experience. Elsa was great. It was raining a lot while we were there, so did not get to use the pool. The food menu could be improved. You can get here by train from Porto. Ermida station is just down the road."
