We were told we’d receive a text when our room was ready for check-in but never got one even though they confirmed my phone number. We went out and had some food and came back when we were told to check in time was 4 PM. They were checking in other people to the hotel so finally I got back into the line and the staff were nice to me, but they weren’t nice to the other staff. The elevator was broken so it took forever to get up and down. There was no garbage in the bathroom to put towels after drying your hands.

The hotel had been recently renovated and superbly done. The staff was very attentive everything that you wanted they were there to help you with. I have nothing but great admiration for this hotel. I will stay the next time I come to Seattle here.!

That said, the hotel staff was very responsive and quickly addressed these concerns. Although we didn’t get the chance to try the on-site dining, the restaurant looked like a beautiful spot to enjoy a meal, with tables right over the water and both indoor and outdoor seating available if reserved in advance. One thing to keep in mind is that parking is valet-only and on the pricier side. Nearby lots aren’t ideal for multi-day stays, as they typically don’t allow multiple in-and-outs, so we opted for the hotel valet service.
