  • Come experience the charm and convenience of StayDrake! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house is beautifully designed and offers all the comforts of home. Perfect for a family vacation or a group getaway, the upper bedrooms both come with queen beds and the lower level bedroom has two twin beds.

    With plenty of onsite parking, you don`t have to worry about finding a spot. Enjoy the peacefulness of the screened-in back porch and take in the beautiful views of the massive yard. Not only is this house located in one of the best areas, but it`s also within walking distance to both Hyde Park and Oakley Square. You`ll have easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

    HOUSE RULES

    Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow:

    We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out.

    Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out.

    Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property.

    **Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**
