Communication with the host was outstanding quick to respond and answered all questions. The property is just as described and let me tell you this Penthouse is beautiful, clean and comfortable with free parking on property (note on parking if you have a full size vehicle the parking is very tight so you may consider parking at the under ground lot at Washington park just a block down the street. On street parking is available but be cautious meter maid patrolled and ticketed often and even into the evening hours) Many restaurants and bars within easy walking distances and conveniently located within a block of TQL stadium definitely a 5 star stay. If we didn’t have a wedding downtown I’m not sure I’d stay again. Everything was fine but I couldn’t see myself stay longer than we did. A few things that bothered us was only one kitchen knife and didn’t really work, our socks got covered in pet hair, and floors didn’t seem super clean. We had a great time visiting the area for a wedding. This location is close to lots of activities. If you don't feel like walking, the trolly stop is very close by. We were able to hop on and off and see the area without the hassle of paying for parking. The apartment itself was very nice! The kitchen was well stocked. The stairs weren't bad, and it was great to have an off street parking spot for our car. In general the area is very quiet. Our only complaint, is that there is very little water pressure in the shower. If you are thinking of coming to visit Cincinnati, consider this location, if you want to be close to everything. Also, would be nice to provide travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash or bar of soap. I did not like having NO shelves in the shower. The shower head/ maybe the water pressure was horrible!
