The Space: As the name suggests, you’ll be 1 block away from the popular Findlay Market, Ohio’s oldest and continuously operated public market with a host of vendors selling everything from meat and produce to plants, flowers, artisan goods, and everything in between. Washington Park, a 6-minute walk south of the home, is an urban oasis with a large event lawn showcasing movies, live music, festivals, and other events throughout the year. Also within short walking distance is a wide variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife – endless opportunity to get out and explore this vibrant area! The components (appliances, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, etc) are all high quality. The units could easily be used for extended stays, given full kitchens plus laundry in each unit. The location is great as it's right in the middle of Over-the-Rhine (OTR) and close to downtown, the stadiums, and the river (all within walking distance). It's just 2 blocks from Findlay Market. Finally, there is a "common room" on the first floor that's great for groups compared to staying in a hotel with no place to hang together. ##### Patrick D.
