With dedicated and a neighborhood with lots to do, you get the excitement of the city without any of the hassle or cost of parking your vehicle. This cozy and simple apartment offers a queen bed, a full size pullout-couch in the living area, and one bathroom. Though built in 1860, the building has since been transformed into a modern home with the comfort of central AC and heat and free wifi. Perfect for romantic getaways or small groups, the apartment features a queen bed and a pull-out bed. Enjoy the intact historic hardwood floors with lots of character and then head to the Cincy RedBike station in front of the building, where you can access rental bikes for a full 24 hours for only $8 a day... Our neighborhood Over the Rhine is home to Cincinnati\`s best and most numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, parks, and even two breweries in walking distance. We\`re walking distance to Music Hall and the spaces where the Opera, Ballet, and Symphony play. If you\`re here for the baseball game, Great American ballpark is just over a 1 mile walk (or rather, hop on the Streetcar a few blocks away!). We\`re also one of the country\`s largest intact historic neighborhoods, with an absolutely beautiful stock of charming Italianate architecture. With dedicated off-street parking, pull right in and get settled. Once settled, you can easily walk to or from most areas of Over the Rhine. Immediately in front of the apartment is a Cincy RedBike station, where you can access rental bikes for 24 hours for only $8\. Alternatively, you can hop on the streetcar about 5 blocks away and go north all the way to Rhinegeist brewery or south all the way to the Riverfront and the ballparks for just $1 (or $2 for a day pass). Uber is ubiquitous and typically a car will reach you within 5 minutes if not sooner. The pool advertised is Ziegler Pool, a fantastic community pool three blocks away. It is $4 per adult and is open Memorial Day through Labor Day (sometimes later). Please read our house rules thoroughly. \----------Section 1 - Security Deposits:------------ This property has a security deposit hold collected by us via credit/debit card. It is similar to an incidentals hold that you would pay at a hotel prior to checking in. At our discretion we may waive this deposit hold. We collect this security deposit through your credit card. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet\`s hair from the property. 3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. 4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don\`t do it. 5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock. 6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center. 7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. Nice view of the city. Well lit, off street parking a huge bonus. Entrance is private, a few trees out front add to privacy. The space was clean and quiet. I slept well. Was attending a Convention at Duke Energy Center, and Uber was a quick and cheap way to go. The hosts are an A+ in terms of making your stay easy and pleasant. ##### Angie F.
