The apartment is beautiful, modern, and clean and has a great pool view. On the same floor, there is a gym and a social area to overlook Cincinnati and play pool. There is lots of outdoor space to relax, have coffee, or work. It is located at the center of everything, and there was no shortage of entertainment, bars, events, and restaurants while I was there. I ate so well and enjoyed downtown time with my husband. The unfortunate issue is that this apartment is located in a pet friendly building where dogs are urinating & defecating all over the place. The first day there was a huge urine puddle right outside the door and feces stamped into the carpet. I called and it was cleaned the next day but dogs continued to mark this spot and others on the floor throughout my stay. The entire third floor of this building has urine/feces stains and wet spots. The smell is disgusting. I asked to be able to leave the second day in and was told no. I was offered an air freshener for my room but what good does that do when you're breathing in this dirty, circulated air? I asked for repeat cleaning multiple times but it didn't happen.
