"We had a great stay here in the family room. Loved being right on the water with the views of ferries, fishing boats, etc. Although the boats can be a little loud when coming and going in the early hours, the room/location itself is pretty quiet. Staff were very nice and although they don't speak much English you can communicate easily using your phone's translation apps (like Papago). "호텔위치가 아주 좋았고, 통영 구시가지가 아니라 새롭게 조성된 뉴타운이라서 구시가지보다 훨씬 편안하고 정비가 잘되어있었습니다. 주변에 식당 카페 베이커리 등이 잘 갖추어져있고 죽림해안도로 산책길도 비록 길이 좁은거 빼곤 좋았습니다. 호텔방이 넓어서 편안했고, 반려견 데리고 있기 때문에 공간적으로 넓어서 편리했습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절했어요. 다음에 다시 통영게 여행가면 반려견들과 함께 또 가겠습니다. "

"A truly hospitable property. I wish hotels were like this. Everything you could possibly need was available to you including hair straighteners and charging cables. "1. The hotel charges a hefty fee for using the Pool(The Hotel should not charge hotel guests for using the pool.) 2. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person) 3. The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation. After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again. My family and I paid $500 per night at this hotel and drove hours to get here expecting 5 star hotel conditions and quality but none of that was met to the standard. "
