"HOTEL ROOM WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS SHOWN IN PICTURE, DIRTY BED LINEN AND PILLOW COVERS, DIRTY TOWELS WERE PROVIDED WHICH WERE NOT EVEN REPLACED EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WAS OK, BUT AFTER CHECKOUT OUR TRAIN WAS LATE IN THE EVENING, THEY DIDN'T HAD FANS OR AC WORKING ..."

"Extremely pathetic condition of the hotel… No cleanliness Bedding is very bad … stained mattresses and covers No laundry service not even willingness to help No iron in the room No hair dryer in the room No AC in the corridors and even in the lobby Driver’s room is very bad Common corridors are not ..."
