"This is a beautiful place to stay. It's so calm and peaceful. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. We spent a lot of time on the porch looking over the lake. Cabin was clean and the kitchen was stocked nicely with cook gear and spices. Located close to grocery store, Dollar general and gas station. If you don't want to cook the pizza patch was really good too. Thank you for the stay."

"What a great place to vacation! Beautiful and rustic. The cabin is cozy and Jordan supplied so many lovely touches to make it even better. Great spot to relax and enjoy stunning views. The bed was super comfortable and the shower is amazing. The kitchen was well supplied, and we easily made meals there. We will be back, hopefully, soon!"

The pictures don’t do the beach area justice- beautiful sand and no people in sight. Felt like we had a mile of coastline all to ourselves. "Could not ask for a more beautiful or well maintained home. Absolutely perfect for our laid back Bachelorette party. We spent most our weekend soaking up the sun on the lake in the kayaks and rock hunting on the beach. Truly a breathtaking house that shows so much time that must have gone in to its creation. "The property is clean and specious. We enjoyed the stay as well as access to animals. Ken gave us the tour of his animal sanctuary and was very responsive to text messages. The area also has a lot to offer in terms of activities with kids or without. "

"A lovely base camp for our eastern / central UP adventures. The smoke from Canada made for some lovely sunsets. We saw crows, hawks, and eagle, and watched a family of otters swim by. We used the back deck to watch the freighters. Easy access to Brimley state park and Iroquois lighthouse for swimming. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for meals and family time. We arrived during a heat wave and used the portable AC very effectively but the latter half of the week, it was open windows and enjoying the lake breeze. "
