Enjoy the deck facing the lake with chairs and a propane grill—perfect for outdoor meals. Spend your days kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, or fishing from the private dock. Just 15 minutes from Chilton and under an hour from Green Bay, it’s a perfect spot for families or friends to relax and enjoy the lake! Bedroom 1: Queen memory foam mattress. Luggage rack for storage. Bedroom 2: Twin over full bunk bed memory foam mattress. Luggage rack for storage. Living Room: Features a full-size sofa bed for additional sleeping space. White noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom. All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services! Full bathroom with stand up shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryer is also available. Beach towels are also included during your stay. Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots and pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and dishes. The dining area seats 6, with additional seating at the outdoor dining area. Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods and toilet paper are provided! Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! It includes a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide a starter set of ground coffee, filters, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia. Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the laundry room. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available. $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guests have access to the entire home and exterior property space, with the exception of locked closets. We are available as needed for guests! You can message us through Airbnb or reach out directly to the phone number provided after booking. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience. The home is nestled on a peaceful lake just outside of town, surrounded by mature pines and seasonal cabins. It’s one of only a few short-term rentals in the area—most neighboring homes are owned by families who have enjoyed the lake for generations. A car is suggested for exploring the area, but Uber and Lyft are available. On-site parking is available, and downtown is only a short drive away. The grill is located on the small cement pad at the front of the house, and grill utensils are in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is stored in the shed. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning. If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and front yard facing the lake, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7\. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation. \- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation. \- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. We found a remote for heat but it did nothing. We messaged the host, then looked for a hard copy of the house instructions but there wasn’t any. The link for the digital house instructions didn’t work for us. We found little wall units in 3 of the rooms for heat and turned them on but it took a while to finally feel comfortable. It was very cold and windy outside and the windows were drafty. No heater in the bathroom so the bathroom floor was freezing. Staying here in warmer weather would definitely have improved our stay. Some positives: We enjoyed fall colors and a beautiful sunset over the lake.
