Great choice when visiting Chihuahua
We spent about 12 nights at this hotel. It was great from the friendly front desk people, to the nice guestroom and common areas, it was a very pleasant stay!

Doesn’t seem like anyone is supervising breakfast... food runs out and people put orders for eggs, which have no real control since they don't have copies of the order page and someone claimed our eggs. We stayed 10 days and 8 of those the plates were styrofoam and 6 times the forks were the cheapest plastic ones. The guests do not pick up their used dishes but there is also no signs asking them to do it, so the next morning was common to find chips and peanuts on the carpet from the "Happy Hour" fron the night before. Lastly, the interaction employee-customer doesn’t seem appropriate, the employees joke around, touch and even hug guests, there are visibly favorites, like the lady that packs breakfast for all her office in styrofoam containers and even a bag to carry them provided by the staff!

Professional staff and very attentive. Parking is on site and very secure. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I havevto say that the view of the city of Chihuahua from the parking lot is breathtaking. Definitely recommend it if anyone is looking for a hotel.

This hotel was good. The staff was friendly, the facility and rooms were clean, it’s also close to many restaurants and the fashion mall. They also have a shuttle from and to the airport or anywhere within 10 kilometers of the hotel and it also has plenty amenities that guest can enjoy during their stay. However, during our stay, we were looking forward to enjoying these amenities like the golf simulator, but according to the front staff, it was not working. So we moved on to the small put put course but there was not enough right hand golf clubs nor the correct clubs to play the course (a lot of the golf clubs were in really bad shape and not taken care of). We also tried the jacuzzi but the water was not hot. When it finally was working, we had to get out due to it overflowing for some reason. The cinema room was great but some of the reclining chairs were a bit dirty and on some the reclining function was not working, also you have to log into your Netflix or Disney accounts in order to watch anything. This particular Staybridge Suites also has a happy hour that includes free beer, but we were only able to enjoy it for one night due to it being suspended the following night and apparently none of the staff knew why. Overall, the hotel was good. It served its purpose of providing us a place to rest and feel safe. I’m hoping we just stayed at a bad time because we definitely would love to stay here again and enjoy all of the amenities this hotel has to offer.

Check in wasn’t the greatest, check in is at 3 and it was 5 by the time we got our room. Not impressed! The rooms are a nice size and were clean. The outdoor area is nice but garbages were full by the evening and in the morning around 11am the garbages were still full and nothing had been cleaned . Overall wish it had gone better but would still consider coming back .

we have been staying at this specific Staybridge for the last 4 years. Unfortunately is is not as it once was. first day house keeping hadn't been in the room and it was 2:30pm so we just asked for fresh towels the bathroom toilet handle was broken there was no one around dis infecting anything in the hotel at all. some of the hand sanitizer stations we empty very unsafe hotel during this covid outbreak will not be staying here in the future
