Great hotel close to everything
Great place and close to everything. Enjoyed it immensely. Saw the reviews about service, Check in and rooms. Based on them we almost didnt stay. But we chose to come here anyway. AND so glad we did. Great hotel, feint desk was extremely friendly and checked us in, made restaurant recommendations. Then in the morning went to breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and great service and food also. Same here the waitress made recommendations off the menu amd truly enjoyed it. Will definitely return later this week for our return flight back. The only recommendation i would have is please have more firmer pillows(my preference) but othe then that awesome experience.

The area is excellent. But the facility was not working properly. One of the rooms the ac was not working and the room was crazy hot. And then the water was not hot for the shower.

No hot water early in the morning. Ask for a taxi next morning at 8:30am to the airport and the taxi never arrived. Had to take an uber.

The hotel is very convenient. The rooms spacious and roomy. I do have to say that the service at the reception was not very good. We wanted to come back and stay there again, called and they hung up on us several times, so we just ended up staying at the Ramada across the street with a better rate and breakfast included!

The TV’s are not smart, no cable, no Netflix, just basic channels. Breakfast not included. And last I recommended to pay when you book cause otherwise they overcharge.

On night stay. Have stayed here multiple times in the past. Huge change in quality of service and cleanliness compared to the first time I stayed there. There was a single employee at check in. Took almost 30 minutes to check me in despite having only 1 person ahead of me. Bathroom showers was dirty with stains and hairs. There were 2 clean towels in the bathroom (for 3 guests staying in the room). I asked for another 4 towels and was asked to turn in the other two. Great location with lots of food and nightlife within minutes.

Ac did not work, tec came 3 times and couldnt make AC work, took them 1 say to change rooms, then when we moved the new room smelled like a sewer, terrible, thay had to change us again, and of course AC didnt work on the new room, i didnt even get a refund or courtesy or even a sorry from staff
