« Clean. Check-in and out was done efficiently, but getting someone to the desk required finding and calling a number. The office does not open until 9:00 AM, so I had to wait, assuming I needed to formally check out at all. I forgot to ask, but I was given credit for a deposit required immediately when I did, so that was good.

« Great location to everything you need and want without a ton of traffic. Parking was available during the week. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities that we needed. Provided a few laundry pods, dish soap and paper towels. Did need a couple more blankets and dish cloth but we made due. Checkin and checkout very easy-keep your emails with the information because you need all the codes to come and go.

« There was an issue with the keypad and we were unable to access the property after multiple tries. Had to drive 2 hours home because we did not have a place to stay. I’m sure it was great on the inside but we never made it that far. Also in an undesirable part of town. If you do stay here, make sure you’re checking in early on in the day where you can contact the host to troubleshoot. Host was accommodating with a refund. »
