Service was amazing, the included breakfast was a lifesaver and being so close to Chibaminato station was incredibly convenient. The area is quieter than most of Tokyo, which was nice to come back to each night. The only issue we had was that the bin in our room was so small, we often had to use leftover shopping bags for overflow, but it was a very minor and solvable issue. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Tokyo.

Its located in a small port town. The views are of the city and the port. The walls are a bit thin, but did not cause me any problems. Its very windy there, and you can hear it bash into the windows sometime. The bathrooms are very nice with a big spacious bathtub. So big that you can sit very comfortably in it. The free breakfast is very yummy, and starts around 6:30am. I recommend arriving 15 mins early b/c of the line. Its a traditional/modern traditional Japanese style breakfast. The hotel is located next to the train tracks and monorail. There is also a grocery store, drug store, and a great bread shop at the train station as well. The food options require a short walk or train or monorail ride. Some toiletries are located in the lobby and rooms have smoking options. They clean your rooms every 4 days and require you to be vacant from them during cleaning hours. Around 10am-3pm. Overall a great place I would gladly stay in if I was in the area again.

Check-in was easy, simply scanning the passport in a machine in front of the reception and it gave me a keycard. Checkout was similarly easily done by simply returning the keycard to this same machine. Amenities were available in the reception area. Would be preferable to see this available on a rack close to the elevator on each floor. Nothing too special about the room, a power plug and an USB-A power outlet were available next to the bed. Had a surprisingly nice view out the window though! The soaps, body & shampoo, and the conditioner smelled like something found in an old-fashioned cleaning closet. Take from that what you will. The shared bath & sink water were extremely hot even with the switch in its middle position, but otherwise the bathroom was all good. The optional breakfast buffet reminded me of school lunch, except without the bouncy ball-like potatoes. Got rice, small hamburgers, and potatoes & carrots stewed in some brown glazy sauce. Can't say it tasted much but it went down without a hitch. On the other hand, it also didn't feel like the body found much of value to pick up from the meal; so, not sure how much worth there is in that food waste program. All in all, it's worth what you're paying for but I would opt out of the breakfast and just go for a healthy fast instead.

This was my first experience in Japan. Although the rooms were small and the bed quite hard, the breakfast and the price were AMAZING! We wished we had looked for this brand in other places we'd stayed in Japan.
