If you are planning on going to Alishan from Chiayi, this is the perfect hotel to stay at! The staff are helpful and very friendly. The reason for 4 stars though, but more like 3.85 is due to the cleanliness of th hotel. Lots of unnecessary displays that could be better organized or build a nicer retail space instead of a messy table, and you have to walk all the way to the back to get to the elevators which leads to another room that is smelly and seems like a bar but not really in use. My biggest complaint is the sheets were also smelly. It smelled like someone's body odor. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.
