Five minute walk from the terminal 1 bus station. Free filtered water which is a huge bonus! Good wifi and pretty comfortable beds. Mostly clean - showers could probably do with a wipe down and beds were a little dusty, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. Doors to the rooms are sliding doors so there isn't much sound proofing - but hopefully your neighbours are considerate! The staff was soooo nice!! They had smile on their face. They were willing to help. Like I forgot to bring the right charger, they borrowed me their charger!! Lucky i was staying for 2 night. Otherwise it would be inconvenient to the staff for not having a iphone charger to charge their phone. It was quiet. Everyone was into doing their own stuff. I stayed 1 night but could go many placed in Chiang Rai (Golden Triangle, blue temple, white temple ). And stuff was very kind for me.
