Hotel facility is really good, well maintained with some wear, but within reasonable. It is a smaller hotel, so don’t expect a large lobby or major amenities m. Room was great and breakfast was great. Staff is friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and general conditions of the hotel were all good. This was my first stay at the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. There were only two things that prevented me from giving an excellent rating. Firstly, it is very difficult to adjust the shower temperature without being scalded or freezing and the water pressure is a little low. Secondly, the walk to Huay Kaew Road can be a little hazardous as part of this stretch of the super highway does not have a footpath which means you have to walk on the side of this very busy road. Good restaurants in the area. Hotel was in okay shape except for the pool, which was unusable. We didnt expect the breakfast to be so amazing and their kitchen put out food better than most of the food I've had at 5 star restaurants. Credit to the chef. Also Ms Cha and Ms Ji at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. Then the shower temperature was not steady, it was hot then cold or vice versus. We reported the problem, but the issue was not resolved so we just live with that situation. Finally, the breakfast was horrible cuz the foods was not hot at all and it was not good either.
