Alot of rules at check-in (no durian fruit, no mangosteen fruit, ...) but friendly. However, I thought the 2000 Baht deposit was a bit high but can also give a credit card copy instead. Air conditioner was somewhat noisy in my room but otherwise on a quiet sidestreet. The hotel is built in classic thai lanna open architecture with wood double doors on the rooms and seating areas on each floor. Even fox news on the channel list. I found it a good value for the money. No breakfast but I prefer it that way. Very helpful staff that spoke very good English.
