Friendly and resourceful staff, one staff member is a shorthair cat called "tiger" absolutely adorable conveniently located near Tha Phae gate, lots of dining and shopping options in the neighborhood

Quirky and fabulous
Hidden gem of a hotel! Loads of personality and nice touches make this a colourful comfortable hotel in a great location. The cute cat who loves to sleep on the printer is a bonus!

My husband and I stayed at Hetai boutique house for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room had all the amenities needed, it was great to retreat to the air conditioned room after a long day of walking around the city. The bed was also very comfortable and the morning breakfasts were lovely. Only downside was the shower pressure was low and not hot. This can be overlooked however considering hetai botique is great value.

What a quaint hotel very close to central Chiang Mai. I couldn't have picked a better spot or asked for anything more for my family of 5.

Frindly staff. Lovely and clean and garden/pool are was immaculate. The Hotel is in a quiet area away from any histels and just a short walk away from the canals. We would definately recomend.

This guesthouse is so cute and in a great location. Tucked just off the road it's quiet while still being an easy walk to all of the sites and restaurants of old city.

Quiet and Peaceful
Hotel was quiet and off the main street. Might be a little tough to find the first time, but it was peaceful. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Only drawback was the pool was not operational, which was one thing we were looking for. I would stay here again, though.

Nice hotel in a pretty little garden setting. The hot water worked great for us and breakfast was delicious. If you have to leave early they will pack you a simple breakfast. They helped arrange our airport transportation and also confirmed with our tour guides for separately booked trips. English ability was adequate. The only negatives are that the walls are kind of thin, and it's down a short alley that can feel unsafe in the dark. Next door a new building is under construction so once that is build, hopefully it will be well lit and make the alley feel safer. Also, vans for touring trips likely can't fit down the alley so they may need to pick you up/drop off at the main street.

Nice hotel close to Tha Phae Gate. Everything was so nice in the hotel except the hot water was not so consistent.

Many thanks for nice comment. For the hot water, we are so sorry for that, but our heater is produced from UK so we hope that it would good for our guests. At the shower, there is two turning of the shower, 1 is for hot and another is for cold. However, thanks to you that you stayed at our hotel. Happy New Year to you

We had a difficult check in as we were told that our balcony room would not be available and would also have to switch rooms during our four night stay. Other than this our stay was great. The breakfast was delicious and well catered to our needs. Kwang was extremely helpful with his recommendations as well as very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The nicer rooms are as pictured and worth the upgrade.

CP值不錯地點鬧中取靜
櫃檯幾乎都會說中文，地點算可以鬧中取靜，但是因為巷弄是單行道，參加行程時不好繞會在巷口接送，飯店過個馬路就有好吃又便宜的道地小吃餐廳，飯店的床跟枕頭都好睡，早餐簡單但還不錯吃，有四種主餐可以選擇，缺點可能就是強人國比較多嗓門比較大，整體推薦！

Located at north east of old city , go to all night markets that just need 10 - 15min. on foot. Semi buffet breakfast was good, the restaurant is located at the upstair at block B that could have a good view when having breakfast.

小巧清新的飯店
飯店規模不大，但以價錢來說，cp值不錯。在預算上有考量狀況下，住進荷泰精品酒店是個不錯選項。

관리상태 실망
올드타운 타패게이트 근처라 위치는 좋습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 조식도 먹을게 많은건 아니지만 간단한 아침한끼로는 먹을만하구요. 청결도, 관리상태는 낮은점수를 줬습니다. 제가 이용한 객실이 별관(?)같은곳인지 따로 떨어져있는곳이였는데 들어가자마자 거미줄 여러개가 보여서 직접 처리하고 그래도 깨끗하니 지낼려고하는데 다음날 욕실에서 바퀴벌레가 나와서 이것도 직접 처리했습니다 ㅠㅠ 평상시에는 본관만 사용하다가 예약이 많아지면 별관(?)까지 이용하는건지는 모르겠으나 아기자기 이쁜 겉모습은 좋으나 내부 관리는 잘안되는듯 합니다

화장실에서 물냄새와 하수구 냄새가 남. 숙소는 이쁨. 조식은 향신료를 먹지못한다면 매일 계란만 먹어야함. 수영장괜찮음. 화장대없음. 방자체 조명이 너무 어두움. 객실바닥이 깨끗하지않아 꼭 슬리퍼 신어야함. 숙소가 엄청 조용함. 하지만 숙소들어오는 입구에 클럽이 있는데 12시이후에는담배피는 서양인들로 가득해서 나가지 않는 것을 추천함.

Supert hotell med svømmebasseng. Veldig rent på det flotte rommet. Hotellmanager og de andre ansatte var super. En gåtur på 3 minutter tar deg til det beste området I Chiang Mai.

位置方便 服務貼心
旅館位置靠近古城，距離The Phae Gate很近，所以跟週日夜市也只是步行5分鐘左右的距離，十分方便。 前台服務人員服務態度很好，如早過早餐供應時間出發，可提前向前台人員說，他們會打包早餐讓你外帶，非常貼心。 房間也很乾淨整齊，每天也會補給，整體都很滿意！

Carino ma rivedibile
Partiamo dal presupposto che abbiamo prenotato qui tramite expedia camera per 3 e ce ne hanno data una per due (chiedendo i soldi per il terzo prima di fargli notare che la prenotazione era per 3 e pagata per 3) quindi ci hanno aggiunto un letto quasi come se ci stessero facendo un piacere. La struttura comunque è carina e anche vicina al centro, pulita e dispone di una lavatrice all'ultimo piano. La colazione invece - che si fa in una casetta di fronte - non il massimo. Personale poco cordiale. Si trova di meglio a chiang mai
