"Well it doesn’t even go by this name anymore-no pool, no hot tub…hotels.com won’t re-emburse, no phone in room, no ice bucket til they switch ya rooms but still no phone! third floor marked as out of order, they put you on the second floor to listen to the pounding of them working on the 3rd floor-nightmare!!"

After I had mentioned a dog barking in a nearby room, she instantly apologized and moved us to a room another floor. She continued to apologize and told me that she wanted me to have an excellent stay, which I did :) "

"Property feels safe, breakfast was not the best. Parking is good. Staff seemed nice. Rooms on the first floor that are located by the stairways and exit doors are horrible. Listened to slamming doors most of the night and early morning as guests came and went. It was hard to get any sleep at all. Might not have been too bad if it was for one night, but it was an extended stay."

"Breakfast was okay and front desk person was very nice. Room key would not work so she had to come unlock it for us. "

"The location is very convenient for a quick night stay. The access to the interstate was great and the room was quiet considering the close proximity to a main highway."

"The room needed updating and was dirty. Hair found in the bathroom towels and the bed. Staff in the front were nice and helpful. The breakfast included a sausage biscuit and egg dish, both of which were being kept warm in plastic bags. Unhealthy and not good. I hate to complain about a free breakfast but I travel alot and their choices were sub-par."
