"Room was very clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. The main reasons for booking at your hotel was to use park and fly and the 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. Our flights left at 6:00 AM and returned at 11:45 PM. The driver was waiting for us in the lobby to go to the airport at 3:30 AM and promptly picked us up after our return flight. I can’t say enough a bout the driver Giovanni. He was courteous, kind, and so pleasant to talk to. I would consider him a very valued employee."

"There was a problem in my room with the TV not working, and the front desk person really went out of her way to help with the problem. She ultimately decided that the best solution would be to just put me in a different room (and in the process, actually upgraded me to a much larger room!). She didn't have to do that, but it was greatly appreciated. And she even helped me move all of my belongings! Breakfast was the average hotel fare, but food was fresh and coffee was good. Room was very clean. I was very happy with the staff. Super friendly....everyone I encountered!"

"Room was clean, hotel staff was friendly. I arrived early after driving from Virginia and staff accommodated me by letting me check in early. Breakfast was decent. Food area really clean."

"Food, staff and cleanliness was all great! My sons had a late tournament but we had to check out at 12pm. We didnt want to haul all of our bags around until the tournament starts. Thank goodness they have a luggage room where they store our stuff til later. Great job Hilton!!"
