"Our stay was a very positive experience. The entire staff was courteous. The hotel was clean and in good repair. Our time was spent mostly off the property, so we didn't use the pool or other features. We will say that one of the staff was a definite stand out. Ann, the breakfast attendant was very kind and did an outstanding job. She kept the area clean, well-stocked and was helpful to everyone. She greeted us each morning and wish a good day when we left. Best western should be proud to have her on staff."
