Chesapeake Arboretum Tours and Activities

I had to wait post checking for a room. The room was smelling mold and the fridge was not working. I was asked to press a reset button every 2 hours to make it work. I asked housekeeping the next day to clean the room. They never came. Service by the pool was poorly manned by one person. He was all over the place. We had to wait quite a bit for a couple of margaritas and then for quick bites for the family. The plus was that the attendant asked me to bring him the bill once signed. Had I known I would have gone to the restaurant. On the plus side, housekeeping was good on bringing a couple of blankets and to make the sofa bed when I called for it. I definitely think that the quality of service went down from my last visit a couple of years back.
