Tour the award-winning vineyards (Engelheim, Ellijay River, Cartecay, Serenberry) or all the surrounding breweries and orchards like Mercier Apple Orchard. Visit Fall Branch Falls or bask on the water with plenty of tubing, fishing or boating. Maybe cross that water over the famous Toccoa Swinging Bridge! If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave. ☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 6 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest. ☞︎ Please do not adjust hot tub temperature above 104 degrees and please return to 80 degrees before departing. ☞︎ Fireplaces cannot be used between April 1 and September 30\. Use of the fireplace during this time will result in a $250 fine. Be sure the flue is open. Please extniguish the fire and close the screen before leaving the home or going to bed. Or if you would like to take the garbage to the outside can, please ensure it is properly bagged (extra bags are located under the kitchen sink) and tied off. After placing it in the outdoor garbage can, please be sure the lid is secured to keep our wildlife from gaining access. The property is centrally located between Ellijay and Blue Ridge and surrounded by parks and mountains. There was so much to do - we ran into the Apple Festival last weekend and then spent 4 days hiking the surrounding parks. But there was also the opportunity to do nothing and enjoy the spectacular deck with a cup of coffee and the provided blankets, the hot tub or either of the fireplaces. The Treehouse is just as it is described and it is a wonderful experience, perfect to relax and take in nature. The owners were very helpful and thoughtful and the check in/out procedures couldn’t have been easier. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend the Treehouse. The view was spectacular and we were especially impressed by the attention to detail in the property. We were there a total of 5days/4nights and each day was as comfortable as the next. The owner was in touch and made sure we had whatever we needed. The cabin was perfectly equipped and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed good weather most of the time and the trip into Ellijay for shopping was quick and easy... and I am officially petitioning Ingals to move to our town!
