"The staff is super nice! The rooms could very much use some updating, the room we were initially in the bathroom shower didn't have tile, just a painted wall it seemed like. There was a hole in the closet door, the wall by the window had been plastered to cover something (but not painted), the room seemed kind of dark and dingy, the toilets sit low (you better have them Megan knees! lol). When I made the front desk aware the manager promptly moved us to a larger more acceptable room and was very apologetic and sweet about it! Didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast, the pool was NOT AVAILABLE!! We were looking forward to that so that was unfortunate. The rooms need updating, staff was very accommodating. I wouldn't stay here again but if you need something reasonable and it's a short stay it would make due."

"Room was nice and clean. Fixtures are worn and could use replacing (shower heads and faucets). Bathroom sink would not turn off completely. Room doors are a hazard. They are very heavy and slam shut quickly. "

"Hotel is clean and fine but not in a very nice area. Lots of unhoused individuals hanging around outside the hotel and asking for money. Some were coming into the hotel lobby. Security did escort them out. Our room did not have AC that worked. It was 73 degrees in our room and very uncomfortable. We spoke with the front desk who said they would have someone come and work on it and/or move us to another room. We had to leave for our event and didn’t return until late and the AC was not fixed and no attempt to provide alternate room was made. The valet parking was hit or miss. The first day the attendant was not very efficient at all. We requested our car earl because we knew it was very busy. We went downstairs to wait and spoke to the attendant who said there was no wait and they’d get the car right away. The attendant then stood around for 10-15 minutes before they went to get the car. I would probably stay here again because the room, while hot, was clean and the hotel itself was clean. If you intend to walk around the hotel, just be aware of your surroundings. "

"In my view, this is the most underrated Four Seasons property. Beautiful spaces and facilities, and, best is amazing responsive staff. I've stayed here multiple times, and it somehow keeps getting better. If you're on the East Coast, this is a great weekend getaway. In the summer, the pool vibe is full on-resort, and in the non-summer months, the Spa has a similar feel, with a host of amenities (in their Water Experience). I had a (too) short, but remarkable stay. "

"Omg what a first night we had! We had to change rooms 3 times and we were there on a two night stay. First room the toilet didn’t flush so they changed out room. The second room the couch was sunk in, the room was not clean, the bed had no sheets or pillows with cases. It was a nightmare. We don’t even unpack our things. Front seat said they had no more rooms and that they can give us a plunger or new sheets that we can put on the bed ourselves. The next morning we spoke with the front desk manager and she didn’t really care but she did change our room to a clean working toilet room. We didn’t receive any accommodations but we will not be returning. Oh and the hallway in building A doesn’t smell pleasant. This hotel gives motel!"
