"I have stayed at this motel every year for my annual reunion for many years. After this year i wont stay there again. The 1st room smelled so badly i asked for another one. The 2nd room was much better, however the whole motel smells bad. They do not have an iron or ironing board in the room so i went to the front desk to asked for one but they only have an iron, no ironing board. There were only 2 wash cloths in the room. I went to get another one and they asked for my room number. I guess that was in case i stoled it. The washcloths are worn out. There looks like there is black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. When you go to the front desk their seating is so low you think no one is there. It wasnt a good experience. "

"Kitchen came with tons of cooking utensils. Even got to use the grill outside. "

"The cottage house was perfect for the 2 of us. It was equipped with everything we need for our 4 night stay. The location was convenient to drive to Petit Jean & Mt Nebo state parks. Any questions or needs about the property were answers very quick. We enjoyed the fresh eggs for breakfast. "
