Overall this is a nice property however it seems like they have cut down on staffing. The front desk seemed understaffed during our check in and and check out times. I’ve noticed the restroom facilities haven’t been kept up. There were several paper towel machines inoperable and a couple of patrons had to switch sinks because something wasn’t working. The restaurant staff definitely seemed lacking, only a couple of servers for a large amount of tables which in turn led to long serving times and trying to flag someone down for a refill was even a challenge. Inside the casino you rarely saw drink staff, which I thought was a little odd. There were surprisingly a ton of valet staff on deck… Not sure I’d come back anytime soon, but hopefully when things get better for the place I’ll reconsider coming back more often.
