The hotel is excellent but the approach road is not.I received an upgrade to the room but the room air is not pleasant and it takes a while to dispel the bad air. I will stay in this hotel again if I come to Chennai again. I am from Australia.

Really amazing experience .excellent Hotel. excellent service. the front desk support was really good. the room cleanliness is fantastic. the only challenge that we faced was not having some good vegetarian South Indian restaurant in nearby area but that is acceptable. the hotel staff in fact offered and actually gave us packed t breakfast because our next day flight was at 6:00 a.m. we wished that we could have stayed for a longer duration in this hotel and enjoyed the hospitality for a longer period. it's really good hotel and highly recommended

Have stayed in other Accord properties before but this is nothing like the others. Rooms are small, bathrooms are not well maintained and they have no transportation service

Excellent facility. Excellent food. Thanks to the restaurant manager Bikram and the chef Karthick. Excellent buffet breakfast and Lunch. We are pure vegetarian and the chef took time to prepare some delicious South Indian cuisine taking into account all our requirements. We will continue to use the hotel and the restaurant during our visit to India.

This hotel stands off the street and on the grounds of a large hospital. It's tricky to find! The rooms are excellent, except that they have no desk or work chair. (Nor is there anywhere in the hotel to work, other than the restaurant. That's because there are no public spaces in the hotel other than the lobby, the rooms, a courtyard, and the restaurant.) The restaurant is the standout feature of the place, because it is excellent, especially the a la carte menu on offer for lunch and dinner. P.S. Some of the bathroom fixtures in the guest rooms need replacing or adjusting. This cannot be done by visual inspection and requires actually testing nozzles and drains.

Exceptional service, location and friendly staff
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is amazing and very peaceful. The breakfast was really amazing with lot of varieties , apart from that, they asked each and every one if they need anything other than that in the breakfast buffet. The front desk staff were wonderful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs the pleasant stay and wonderful location in chrompet.

Noisy Rooms
Room doors are not sound proof and lot of noise coming in when people in the hallway talks. So much Echo noise too. Bathrooms are not upto the mark. This is a 2.5 star hotel i would rate. Definitely not 4star.

Good but can be better
The Wifi is very bad and they did not get rectified. Food is also not that great.. Have the same menu for breakfast and the taste is also not that great
