"This was a comfortable and peacefully beautiful place to stay. The hosts were so generous to allow us to walk in the gardens and lawns and sit in the outdoor spaces. Our only regret was that my husband and I were timid of the spiral staircase because of our age. It would not have bothered us a few years ago. Just something to keep in mind. However, I rate it an excellent stay in every other way!"

"We came up for All Star Village. The drive was quick, about 15 minutes. It was nice to have space to separate after. The area is beautiful and quiet. I had quick responses from the host for any question I had."

"While visiting Cooperstown for Baseball Hall of Fame induction ceremony we stayed at Abel’s Acres. The house was huge, clean, comfortable and the perfect setting for relaxing in evenings! Giant kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. Quiet area for enjoying nature and star gazing. Perfect place for family gatherings."

"The property was the perfect location for a family visit to Cooperstown All star village. Communication with the host was excellent. Only thing to consider is if you have anyone with mobility issues. The stairs inside and the approach to the house can be difficult if you struggle with stairs or incline. Overall, we had a great stay."
