This sophisticated ground floor apartment features a calming interior with soft blues and pinks, creating a peaceful retreat for guests. The open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room offers a sociable space for cooking and relaxing, with elegant furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. Outside, the quaint courtyard is perfect for morning coffees or evening drinks. Flat 1 Martins House welcomes one dog and is the ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds in comfort and style. Accommodation This two bedroom holiday apartment in Stow-on-the-Wold is perfectly suited for those looking to get together with family and friends, exploring the local countryside and eateries. This single storey accommodation is laid out as follows: Sitting/dining room Exposed stone walls, wood burner, Smart TV (account holders only), three-seater sofa, selection of board games, and four-seater dining table Kitchen French doors to the courtyard, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, L'or barista coffee machine and cafetière Master bedroom with ensuite (Sleeps 2) King size bed, chest of drawers, mirror, clothes rail, hairdryer and french doors to courtyard Ensuite with rainfall shower, loo, basin and heated towel rail Bedroom 2 with ensuite (Sleeps 2) Double bed, chest of drawers and mirror Ensuite with rainfall shower, loo, basin and heated towel rail Outside Gravel courtyard, bistro set seating four, two deckchairs and charcoal BBQ (available from April to October) The Finer Details The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Hen and Stag parties are not permitted Events are not permitted without prior consent A security deposit is required at this property Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00 Flat 1 Martins House has a lovely garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 22:00 The Stow Horse Fair is held twice a year, typically on the Thursday closest to 12th May and the Thursday closest to 24th October, however, we would recommend checking the exact date ahead of placing your booking. This is a traditional fair for gypsies and travelling people to meet up and trade which dates back to 1476 when its Charter was granted. Stow is very busy for a day or two before and after each fair, and a number of shops, pubs and restaurants are closed.
