Appletree Cottage is a beautifully refurbished Cotswold holiday cottage which sleeps five guests, in three well-appointed bedrooms, with two bathrooms. This 18th century hidden gem oozes with character to include exposed stone, original beams and a gas flame effect log burner. The quaint and cosy sitting/dining room offers a real home from home atmosphere; a lovely social space to relax and unwind. With access to the rear garden, the kitchen is a great space to enjoy cooking up your favourite meals. Boasting lots of outside space, Appletree Cottage has a pretty lawn garden to the front and a Mediterranean-style space to the rear, both for your enjoyment all year round.

#### Appletree Cottage at Bourton on the water

A lovely well maintained property in an ideal position plus parking. Great for eating out. Would definately return.

#### Nearly perfect

2 issues have to be resolved: the heating system has an mechanical issue: either you have to turn it off or you put it on but the entire house is boiling. Heaters have not been fixed properly and as a result putting it on level 1 or 5 makes no difference. Same with the thermostat. The door of the shower upstairs is damaged. As a result, water comes out. The rest of the property is immaculate. I regret the property manager ignored my message about the heating system being still problematic the last day of our stay. I would have liked at least an answer from her. She didn't bother answering me, I guess knowing we were leaving. Part from that the town is amazing and the location ideal.

#### Lovely cottage, perfect location

The cottage was lovely and in the perfect location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Everything we needed was provided and a two minute walk to the village centre. We had a very enjoyable long weekend break.
