Laid out over two floors, this fabulous property boasts contemporary interiors, benefiting from an open-plan living area complete with plenty of comfortable seating and a well-equipped kitchen area, which enjoys an abundance of natural light through the original windows letting. Accommodation This one bedroom holiday accommodation in Stow-on-the-Wold is perfectly suited for those looking to get together with family and friends, exploring the local countryside and eateries. The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground Floor Sitting room/kitchen Spacious open-plan living area flooded with natural light, two seater-sofa, Freeview TV with Netflix (account holders only), sound bar, tower fan, breakfast bar with two stools, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, iron and ironing board First Floor Master bedroom with ensuite and mezzanine(Sleeps 2) Mezzaine style bedroom overlooking the sitting area below, king size bed, leather sofa, built-in wardrobe, dressing table, stool, mirror, hair dryer and a tower fan Ensuite with walk-in shower, loo, basin and a heated towel rail The Finer Details... The maximum occupancy for this property is 2 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic) Free on street parking is readily available a short walk away from the property Travel cots and highchairs are not provided, so guests will need to bring these with them Sorry, no pets Free WiFi Mobile phone reception is excellent Freeview TV with Netflix (guests to use their own login details for Apps) Gas central heating system This property does not have any outdoor space The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property Things to Note... Events are not permitted without prior consent A security deposit is required at this property Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00 The Stow Horse Fair is held twice a year, typically on the Thursday closest to 12th May and the Thursday closest to 24th October, however, we would recommend checking the exact date ahead of placing your booking. This is a traditional fair for gypsies and travelling people to meet up and trade which dates back to 1476 when its Charter was granted. Stow is very busy for a day or two before and after each fair, and a number of shops, pubs and restaurants are closed.
