### Nellie's Barn, offers the utmost peace and tranquility.

Nellie’s Barn is a spacious conversion set amongst the most stunning landscape in the Cotswolds. Nestling in the Windrush Valley (The Windrush Way is quite literally on the doorstep), the barn offers the utmost peace and tranquillity with the Cotswold hotspots of Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Broadway as well as sophisticated Cheltenham all within easy striking distance.  
  
Full of charm and character the barn boasts full height ceilings with beautiful beams and a cosy wood burning stove. Both bedrooms are light and airy with thoughtful finishing touches such as fluffy robes hanging in the wardrobes and portable black-out blinds available on request.  
There are an abundance of walks from the doorstep and guest have access to the beautiful paddock complete with summer house overlooking the large duck pond – ideal for those long summer evenings as the sun sets  
  
All the daily activity of the farm takes place one and a half miles away so the only sounds you'll hear will be birdsong, deer barking and owls hooting. Not only a haven for wildlife, you’ll soon feel those workaday worries slipping away and children will delight in exploring the farm in complete safety.  
  
Nellie’s has many green credentials as the barn is powered by photovoltaic panels and heated by a biomass boiler using wood chip from their own trees and there’s always a new tree planting programme on the go.  
  
Please note this property has a capacity of four (plus one sleeping on a sofa bed).

With the original beams,underfloor heating and a wood burning stove, Smart television with Netflix, Freesat and DVD player. (There’s an unlimited log supply and, completing its eco credentials, the electricity comes from solar energy) Stairs to the  
Mezzanine area  
With a comfy sofa (which also doubles as extra sleeping capacity if required).  
Kitchen with dining area  
With an electric oven with hob, fridge, freezer, icebox, microwave, Nespresso complete with pods and a milk frother, dishwasher and washer/dryer.  
  
A door separates the open plan living space from the bedrooms  
Double bedroom  
With 4'6 double bed and LCD television.  
Bathroom  
With bath and shower over, wash basin and wc.  
Twin bedroom  
With twin 3' single zip and link beds (cosy, double duvets), and LCD television. The beds in this room can be configured as a 6' super-king size on request.  
En-suite bathroom  
With bath, wash basin and wc.  
  
Outside:  
A small patio area to the front of this stylish Cotswold barn has a table, four chairs and a gas barbecue. There is also a lawned area to the rear of the property.  
A secure paddock complete with summer house is also available for guests to use and four-legged friends to wander. Little ones need to be accompanied as there is a pond too - superb for bird watching.  
Off street parking available.  
  
Additional Information  
Unlimited logs from the farm provided.  
A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.  
Portable black-out blinds are available.  
Use of the sofa bed is at an additional charge of £40 per stay. The sofa bed can be added during the booking process.  
Use of stabling and grazing for your horse or pony is available for £20 per night, this can be added during the booking process.  
Dogs over the age of twelve months are more than welcome at Nellie’s Barn (small additional charge).  
The working farm is approximately 1.5 miles from the property. The owner's house is approximately 5 minutes walk from the property, where friendly farm dogs also reside.

#### Tranquil and gorgeous

Loved our stay at Nellie's Barn. The surrounding farm is gorgeous and we took many walks with the children, exploring and looking for pheasants. The house has heated floors which made it really cozy, and the welcome basket of goodies was delicious! Everything was perfect!
