Staff who checked us in was wonderful and welcoming. We loved the peaceful location on the river; a nice spot for morning coffee. Bathrooms could use some updating but other room updating was nice. Mattress was soft for my taste but hubby was comfortable. A good stay, and I would recommend.

The hotel needs updated but the front desk manager/owner was super accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice. It met our needs for the three days we were there. Definitely could use some charging stations for cell phones etc.

It was an okay room with a great view of water and boats going by. There just was nothing to do in the town. We couldn't find restaurants open, so we cut our stay short. Billy was very, very good with everything. He helped us with luggage.He gave us information. A very nice man

When you first drive up to the property the look of it isn’t very encouraging. The front of the property could use some sprucing up. BUT don’t let that first impression get you. The inside of the hotel is clean. The staff was amazing (helped my husband carry luggage to the room). The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. All rooms face the river. We were on the second floor and had a balcony; the first floor had walk out to the yard. I HIGHLY recommend giving this hotel a try. I’m a very picky traveler and I’m glad I didn’t give in to my first impression.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The room was filthy. I was afraid to sleep under the covers. So Luckily I had clean sheets, blanket and pillows with me so I put that on the bed so I could sleep. I felt like the room was just opened up from there dungeon when they run out of rooms so they can make more money. Bugs on the balcony. I asked for main floor and they gave me the room on the second floor. No one was there to greet me. The room key was in a locked box. I had to call and check in when I got there. No breakfast in the morning. I won’t stay there again.
