"My stay was very pleasant. Although I had originally booked a different room, I ended up feeling very comfortable in room 121. My room was kept very clean every day, and I always had fresh, clean towels. I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness and had a wonderful experience. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable!"
"Check staff very pleasant, although still waiting for credit of $75 charge at front desk for “incidentals”. Card not put on file as other hotels. Breakfast was below par and very limited. Parking easy."
"We just needed a place to sleep - no time for relaxing in the pool. The bed was comfy and having a quick, hot breakfast available in the morning was super convenient. Location is great - close to shopping, restaurants and the interstate. Quick drive to the university and downtown."
"This was way better than expected for the price point. The beds were better than my more expensive hotel that I stayed in when I reached my destination. I’d stay here again."
Newly built guesthouse with all the character of a peaceful country cottage!
10/10 Excellent
"First time meeting my (step) grandchildren and this house was home run! My wife loved the expansive kitchen to cook with the gang, the boys loved the pond, the paddleboat and the fishing (we caught one and cooked it up!). The firepit in the evening was the perfect way to end every day.
Sleeping arrangements were great. Two beautiful bedrooms, one with a bath, one with a fireplace, and a loft to stow the kids away!
The hosts were perfect. They reached out to us before to see if there was anything we might need, and made sure we were comfortable when we arrived.
One of my grandsons even lost a fishing pole in the pond. "Accidents happen" was the response I got when I offered to pay.
Traveling to Kansas is all new for us....but we will be back often to see the new grandkids and I KNOW they're going to beg us to go back here. What can I say? It's our job to spoil them...and this is the place to do it!!"
