 sought-after building located in the popular De Waterkant. Within close  
 walking distance of the V&A Waterfront, this unit is ideal for leisure  
 or business travel. It is also a 5-minute drive to the CBD and CTICC  
 (Cape Town International Convention Centre) and just a 10-minute drive  
 to the iconic Table Mountain and world-famous beaches of Clifton and
